What is “the Coiling Core”?
The Core Coils when the torso side bends in combination with counter-rotation of the shoulders and hips.Coiling the Core maximizes the speed, power, efficiency, and safety of rotation.
Without side bending - counter-rotation of the torso is actually a “twisting” motion (which is both weak and stressful to the spine).
You can feel your Core Coil when you throw a ball for example.If you try to throw something without side bending your torso, you will immediately feel just how weak and awkward it is to rotate without Coiling.

Pro Portable Rebounder
What a great product! Strong, durable, and easy to move, even for younger kids! Using this allows players to get many reps without having to have another person present. Well worth the money!
I had high hopes but the product arrived damaged. Company initial responded very quickly saying they would exchange it, but provided no information on how to send back. After I reached out again, they replied saying they would look into it and said “replacement parts should have arrived”, but did it say what was replaced or when it was sent. I have tried reaching out several more times and they are non-responsive. Pretty bummed since this was a Christmas gift.
