I had high hopes but the product arrived damaged. Company initial responded very quickly saying they would exchange it, but provided no information on how to send back. After I reached out again, they replied saying they would look into it and said “replacement parts should have arrived”, but did it say what was replaced or when it was sent. I have tried reaching out several more times and they are non-responsive. Pretty bummed since this was a Christmas gift.
Absolutely love the trainer! It has already made such a big difference in my daughter’s training. Would highly recommend!
