This is a great training tool. The size is great because it causes more accurate throws to utilize the net. I think the “blemish” is a little oxidation inside the tubes??? Even so, it doesn’t have an effect on how the net performs. Great tool for hand eye coordination.
We are in our second of these bags. They are great to hold all our son’s gear with some room to spare. He uses the side compartments for his shin guards leaving plenty of space inside for multiple mitts and gloves plus batting and catchers’ gear. His initial bag last roughly 2 years playing about 100 games a year. The only reason we got a new one is because the side pocket bottom stitching came undone, likely because he uses it for shin guards, which isn’t typical. We will continue to buy this bag again and again.
I had been waiting for a sale to purchase this set. I have seen them used in a lot of driveline videos on YouTube. The varied weights and balances of these training bats is immediately noticeable. We are also using weighted balls to continue challenging the feel at moment of impact.
